Hello everyone, I just recently bought a new 1080 geforce GTX graphics card, but I do not have a optical drive/disc drive. I figure I need to have the GPU installed into my PC then have a external disc drive to dl the drivers off the disc. Problem being is that the my screen is black and stays black. I though the windows OS system will give you something barely unless you need to hook the monitor/TV into the motherboard for that. All the information/opinions is very much appreciated.
Also side note I attempted to download the drivers off a thumb stick on my old GPU, but that didn't seem to work. So I think I need the new GPU installed for that to work.
